The standard.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Changes to the site are checked against it before they go live.
What we checked.
On 18 September 2026 every page was measured at phone and desktop width.
- Contrast. Text meets level AA against its background.
- Labels. Every form field has a written label, images carry text alternatives, and each page declares its language and main regions for screen readers.
- Keyboard. A “Skip to content” link comes first on every page, and links, buttons and form fields show a visible focus ring.
- Phones. Pages fit the screen without sideways scrolling, and buttons, menus and form controls give a finger a target of at least 44 pixels.
- Motion. Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The map. The service-area map is repeated as a plain list of places.
If something gets in the way.
