Who runs this site.
This website is run by Aphelion Appliance Repair LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information, not instructions.
The guides, error codes, model-number help and outage advice on this site are general information about the appliances we repair. They are not instructions for your particular unit, and manufacturers change their designs. Your appliance’s own manual comes first.
If you work on an appliance yourself, you do so at your own risk. Disconnect the power first. Do not open the sealed refrigerant system: that work is regulated by federal law. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. We repair the appliance itself; gas supply lines and new connections are work for a licensed gas contractor.
Prices and requests.
The pricing page explains how we charge. The price that applies to your repair is the fixed price you approve before work begins. Prices on this site may change without notice; a price you have approved does not.
Sending a request is not yet a booking. We call you back to confirm that you are inside our service area and that we can take the job, and we may decline a job we cannot do properly. The warranty on our repairs is set out on the pricing page and in the FAQ.
Accuracy and liability.
We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it is, and it can contain mistakes or fall out of date. To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, Aphelion Appliance Repair LLC is not liable for loss or damage that comes from relying on the information here or from a repair you attempt yourself.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for a repair we carry out, or any right you have under the law.
Names, pictures and links.
Sub-Zero®, Wolf®, Viking® and Monogram® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. We use the names only to say which appliances we repair. We are an independent service company, not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers. Photographs of their products belong to them and appear here only to show which appliances we service.
The text, design and logo of this site belong to Aphelion Appliance Repair LLC. Links to other sites, such as the USDA or a manufacturer, are there for your convenience; we do not control those sites.
Arizona law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: mention them in your request, or when we call you back.
