Wine storage repair.
A serious collection lives or dies by two degrees and a few percent of humidity. We keep Sub-Zero, Viking and Monogram wine units exactly where they should be.
55°F for the reds, 45°F for the whites — and a collection that has never known a warm afternoon. Two zones, one cabinet
What We Service
Sub-Zero wine storage
Full-height and under-counter units — dual zones, evaporator and humidity control.
Viking wine cellars
Single and dual-zone cellars — stable temperature under Arizona heat.
Monogram wine reserves
Integrated wine columns — zones, vibration damping, UV-protective door seals.
Under-counter units
Beverage centers and compact cellars in bars, butler's pantries and casitas.
Inside a Wine Cabinet
Two degrees is the whole job.
A refrigerator has one temperature to hold. A wine cabinet has to hold a narrow band, at a stable humidity, without shaking the bottles — and frequently in two independently controlled zones behind a single door.
The glass door is the thermal weak point, so there is a heater built into the frame to stop it sweating. When that circuit fails the symptom looks like a condensation problem rather than a refrigeration one, and it gets misdiagnosed accordingly.
Vibration matters here in a way it never does in a kitchen refrigerator. Hardened compressor mounts and a tired fan bearing pass straight into the racks — and the wine registers that long before anyone reads it on the display.

This is the one appliance where a slow fault costs more than the repair. A cabinet drifting four degrees warm for a season does not announce itself — it simply ages the collection faster than it should.
