What this site collects, what it is used for, and what we do not do with it.
What the form collects.
When you request a visit we receive what you enter: your name, phone number and ZIP code; the appliance, its brand and how urgent it is; what happened; and, if you add it, the model number.
We use it to call you back, confirm you are inside our service area and arrange the repair. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Analytics
This site does not currently use analytics tools, and it sets no tracking cookies.
This site uses analytics to understand how it is used — which pages are visited, which buttons are pressed, and roughly where visitors arrive from. These tools may use cookies or similar technology.
What we send them never includes your name, phone number or ZIP code.
Questions
This site and the request form are run by Aphelion Appliance Repair LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Ask the technician when we call, or mention it in your request, and we will tell you what we hold about you.
