Range & oven repair.
The other half of the kitchen. Wolf, Viking and Monogram ranges, wall ovens and cooktops — gas and electric — from the people who keep your refrigeration cold.
What We Service
Gas and electric
Ignition, burners and valves on the gas side; elements, sensors and relays on the electric.
Inside a Range
Gas and electric fail differently.
A gas cooktop lights by spark. Turn the knob and a module fires at the burner's electrode until the flame takes. Clicking that will not stop, with the flame already lit, is usually moisture or a spill at the switch or electrode — not a failed range.
Many gas ovens light with a hot-surface igniter instead. It has to glow hot enough, and draw enough current, before the gas valve will open. One that has weakened still glows — which is why an oven that visibly glows but never heats is such a misleading fault.
An electric oven is simpler to describe and just as easy to misread: bake and broil elements, often a convection element and fan, a temperature sensor, and relays on the control board that switch them. A burnt element is visible. A tired sensor or relay is not.

Refrigeration is still where we started, and it still comes first. The ranges and ovens we take on are the ones that stand beside it — the same makers, in the same kitchens.

If you smell gas.
Do not switch anything on or off, and do not use a phone inside the house. Leave, and call Southwest Gas — or your propane supplier — or 911 from outside.
A gas smell is an emergency for the utility, not a repair appointment. We come once it is safe. We repair the appliance itself; new gas lines and supply connections are work for a licensed gas contractor, and we will tell you plainly when a job has reached that line.
